About Us

 Mission

CommWell Health is committed to providing patients with convenient access to high-quality care. We believe that providing high-quality care is not only about the medical advice that we dispense, but more importantly about the relationships we have with our patients. We continue to strive to be a leader in innovative medical practices and are one of the first community health centers in the area to offer online health services to our patients.

History
CommWell Health (formerly Tri-County Community Health Center) was started in 1976 to provide care for the residents of southeastern North Carolina. Thanks to our supportive communities, we have been able to grow our practice to 14 locations providing medical, dental and behavioral health services to more than 25,000 patients.
